Across 12 years Tom has invested in over 40 early stage businesses, including the UK’s largest commercial property portal, the largest real estate classifieds platform in Latin America and Argentina’s first online mortgage broker. He has overseen more than $15m of real estate investment.

Sofia Gancedo, COO & Co-founder

Sofia has worked for companies including Consultatio Real Estate and JP Morgan. She has over 15 years’ experience with internet start-ups, online marketing research and the real estate market. She is the Co-Founder of Dinero Mail, the largest online payment platform in Latin America.

Marie Buffiere, CFO

Marie has over 20 years of international finance experience in multinationals and Family Offices in London, Paris, Sydney and Buenos Aires. Marie has spent the last 6 years working with successful start-ups and digital technology companies.

Jorge Castellar, Global Head of Sales

Jorge has extensive investment sales experience, formerly as Head of Sales at LATAMs largest offshore investment services company. Jorge has also worked as an IFA helping his clients to reach their financial objectives through a mixture of market analysis and research.

David Balmbra, CTO

Dave was previously the Development Lead at ConversionBet. Prior to that he has developed extensive experience in automated online platforms and customised multifaceted CRM systems.

Andy Golding, CMO

Andy’s 20 years’ experience includes setting up a commercial data division for the Ministry of Sound. Since 2008, Andy has focused on driving marketing operations for start-up investment firms, SME developers in the UK and large commercial developments such as Asian Business Port, London.

Mattias Zetterberg, Non Executive Director of Real Estate

Mattias is an industry veteran with 20+ years' experience in cross-border real estate investment and advisory, including Arthur Andersen Real Estate Consulting, Invesco Real Estate, MMR Property Advisors and Kirkham Ventures. He has managed real estate assets in excess of $700m.

Ruben Pueyo, CFA, Head of Real Estate

At JP Morgan and Citibank, Ruben has over 10 years of international banking and real estate experience across the UK, Europe and Brazil. At Brickvest, a leading Crowdfunding platform, he led real estate investments in excess of $30 million and advised on over $200m of commercial real estate transactions.

Maristella Arifi, Real Estate Specialist

Formerly at CBRE working in the development monitoring team, Maristella brings her strong analytical and reporting background to the Asset Management and Sourcing Teams at Bricksave. She has overseen more than $12m investments in real estate.

Patrick is a Director at Kinled Holding Ltd. He is an experienced business builder and direct investor and been intrinsically involved with over 70 early-stage investments, 11 IPOs and real estate investment portfolios across 6 continents. He has invested over $20m in real estate.

Brian Norton, Advisor

A serial entrepreneur and business builder, Brian is one of the largest private mortgage investors across the last cycle. He is the Founder of Future Finance, Europe’s largest student loan provider and Supply Finance, managing over $1.2bn in real estate debt assets.
